Seaton Delaval Hall, 2010
Moving In and At Home – In collaboration with the National Trust, we helped to mark two important points in the process of making a house into a home. As Seaton Delaval was passed in the care of the Trust, we created events to celebrate the investment of the local community in the future of the Hall.

This project began with research at the Hall, which was about to become part of the National Trust.
We worked with designer Imogen Cloet to imagine the possible stories which could be told in the future, while remembering the past life of the Hall.
The first project marked the handing over of the estate to the Trust. We created a piece with children from Seaton Delaval First School. Songs of welcome were written by Katie Doherty. The work at Seaton Delaval Hall was produced by November Club.
The second project took place in Spring as an invitation to a Housewarming. Each visitor to the Hall was given a key, to mark their responsibilities to the site in partnership with the National Trust.
